I CUCALI B&B\u00a0 | VADEMECUM AND RULES OF THE HOUSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

CHECK-IN<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm on the day of arrival.
\nYou may check-in after 7 pm only upon appointment (max 9 pm).
\nCheck-in will respect a booking time agreed before in order to avoid, at your arrival, the presence of more than one group at the time.
\nWhen checking in you will require the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 valid identity documents for every guest
\n\u2022 the payment balance for the booking, in cash or by bank transfer<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, you will be given an access code for the door with which you can enter and leave the B&B entirely independently and without time restrictions.<\/p>\n

CHECK-OUT<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

Check-out is by 10.30 am on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

WI-FI<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

The WI-FI internet connection is free and available to guests throughout the B&B.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

ROOMS<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

The rooms are cleaned daily from 10:30 am to 1 pm.
\nIn the bathroom, you will find one set of towels for each guest, our complementary set of organic toiletries, organic aloe and lavender liquid soap dispensers and a hairdryer.
\nIf you are staying for longer than seven days, the towels and bed linen will be replaced halfway through your stay.
\nIt is not permitted to consume meals in the rooms.<\/p>\n

Breathable internal wall insulation with cork has been installed inside the room in order to\u00a0improve the thermal performance and to let it be naturally cool during hot summer days.
\nThe windows are new and have high soundproofing glass and thermal insulation. In case of sultry nights, inside the room, there is an air conditioner that starts working only in some night hours in cooling mode to allow you to rest better. It is not allowed to use it other the cooling mode and the fixed time period and it can’t be switched on during the day.<\/p>\n

BREAKFAST<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

Breakfast is served daily at the kitchen table between 8:30 am and 10 am.
\nPlease inform us if you have special food requirements or any intolerances.
\nOur breakfast is vegetarian, mostly vegan and freshly prepared using organic, local and fair trade ingredients. Breakfast is typically Italian (sweet), with a lot of attention to the use of wholemeal flour and healthy ingredients. It is not possible to prepare other types of food or your own.<\/p>\n

CHILDREN<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

Our house is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with children. If you have any questions, please write to us at hello@icucali.it.<\/p>\n

ANIMALS<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

Well-trained dogs are welcome but kindly inform us before making the reservation. We only have one room suitable for dogs – La Marina room. Dogs are not allowed in La Lancetta and La Cucalina rooms.
\nIf you are travelling with your four-legged friends, you may bring them along but they must not cause any disturbance to the other guests or damage the property.
\nPlease be aware that during summer dogs are not allowed in the beaches with facilities.
\nThere are only a few dog-friendly beaches but not in close proximity to the B&B. Dogs can’t be left alone in our rooms unless you’re travelling with a kennel and they’re used to stay there without getting super stressed when left alone.
\nWe recommend that you bring with you the essentials for your dog: baskets, quilts, bowls and mats.<\/p>\n

OTHER B&B RULES<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

It is prohibited to smoke in the rooms and throughout the rest of the B&B.
\nThe kitchen is NOT available to guests<\/strong> and it should not be used to prepare or to consume food.
\nThe refrigerator may be used upon request.
\nDuring the evenings and at night time please do not use high volume ringtones or music so as avoid causing disturbance to other guests.<\/p>\n

PARKING<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

I Cucali overlooks the Porto Recanati pedestrian promenade and we do not have a private car park.
\nIn addition, as the Porto Recanati promenade is exclusively pedestrian, the entrance to the B&B cannot be reached directly by car.
\nYou may park your vehicle in one of the roads adjacent to Lungomare Palestro (Via F.lli Rosselli, Via Castelnuovo, Via N. Bixio), which offer free street parking, except in those areas for residents which are marked with a yellow line.
\nIn July and August, we recommend leaving your vehicle in the municipal car park close to the B&B, at the beginning of Via Pastrengo. The car park has a daily charge of about \u20ac8.<\/p>\n

BEACH<\/h4>\n
<\/div>\n

Our guests can benefit from discounted rates on the rent of beach umbrellas and sunbeds at the partner bathing establishment on the beach in front of us.<\/p>\n
